Apple Crisp
Apple Crisp is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. oatmeal, 1/2 lb. oleo, 1 c. brown sugar, 3/4 c. flour and cooking apples, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Slice apples into an 8 x 8-inch cake pan until it is at least half filled.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Melt oleo. Add oats, brown sugar and flour. Spread over apples. Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes or until golden brown. This is best with fresh apples but can also be used with frozen apples.
