Apple Crisp
Apple Crisp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium apples, 1/4 c. granulated sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 2 tsp. lemon juice and 1 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Peel, core and slice apples.
Place into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish in a single layer and sprinkle with lemon juice and granulated sugar.
In a separate bowl, combine flour and brown sugar.
Cut in margarine until it resembles coarse crumbs.
Stir in oats.
Sprinkle oat topping over apples, patting down slightly. Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly and browned. Makes 8 servings.
