Apple Coffee Cake
Apple Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 4 eggs, 1 c. oil, 1 tsp. vanilla and 4 apples, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix the flour, 2 cups of sugar, eggs, orange juice, oil, vanilla and baking powder, one at a time, to make batter.
In a separate bowl, mix the apples, 1/2 cup of sugar and cinnamon. Using a Bundt cake pan, layer batter, then apples and repeat layers until all batter and apple mixture is used.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
