Sift flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder and salt.
Blend in oleo.
Add water; stir with fork.
Spread in greased 13 x 9-inch pan.

Sprinkle over apples.
Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
