Apple Cobbler
Apple Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick (1/4 lb.) butter or margarine, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. flour, 2 tsp. baking powder and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt butter in a 7 x 11 x 2-inch oblong pan.
Combine sugar, flour, baking powder and salt with milk to make batter.
(If too stiff, add a little extra milk.)
Pour batter over butter.
Mix apple pie filling with raisins and smooth gently over batter. Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
Serve warm, topped with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
