Apple Cobbler
Apple Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine (1 stick), 5 to 6 peeled and diced apples, 2 c. sugar, 1/4 c. water and 1/2 tsp. nutmeg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Melt margarine in an 8 x 11-inch Pyrex pan in oven.
Combine apples, water and 1 cup sugar in a saucepan.
Cook 3 to 4 minutes. Pour apples in pan with margarine.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
Mix flour, baking powder, milk and 1 cup sugar.
Pour over apples.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
