Apple Cinnamon Puffs
Apple Cinnamon Puffs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 1 pkg. dry yeast, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt and 3/4 c. warm water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
In a large bowl combine flour (1 cup), 2 tablespoons sugar, yeast and salt.
Add very warm water (120° to 130°) and oil.
Add egg.
Blend at low speed.
Beat 3 minutes on medium speed.
By hand add apples and remaining 1 cup of flour.
Spoon into 12 muffin cups.
Let rise, covered, for 1 hour (1/2 hour for quick rise yeast).
Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.
