Apple Cinnamon Jelly
Apple Cinnamon Jelly is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. apple juice, 1 pkg. powdered fruit pectin, 4 1/2 c. sugar and 1/2 c. red cinnamon candies, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine juice and pectin in large saucepan; bring to full boil.
Add sugar and candies, stirring constantly.
Bring to full boil.
Boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
Let boiling subside and skim foam from top.
Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
Makes 7 1/2 pints.
