Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Blend together cake mix, pie filling and eggs in a large mixing bowl.
Blend at medium speed 2 minutes. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Spread half the batter in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle with half the sugar and cinnamon. Repeat layer.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Makes 12 servings.
