Apple Cheese Quiche

Bake pastry shells at 400° for 8 to 10 minutes.
Layer cheese, sausage, apples and mushrooms in shells.
Combine eggs, flour, salt, milk and butter; beat well.
Pour half of egg and milk mixture into each shell.
Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until set.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
