Apple Cheese Ball
Apple Cheese Ball is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 small-medium apple, unpeeled and finely chopped, 1 small onion, finely chopped, 1/2 tsp. salt and 2 tbsp. apple juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix all ingredients except Cheddar cheese and parsley. Microwave for 2 to 4 minutes on 50% power to blend flavors.
Add Cheddar cheese and chill.
After chilling, form ball and roll in chopped parsley.
(May use dry parsley.)
Serve with assorted crackers.
