Apple Cake
Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 medium apples, 1 small can applesauce, 2 tsp. soda, 2/3 c. oleo and 2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Peel, core and dice the apples.
Add the applesauce and soda; set aside.
Cream together the oleo and sugar; add to the apple mixture.
Sift the flour, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg together. Add to the apples with the nuts, dates and vanilla.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
