Apple Cake
Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. crisco oil, 3 eggs, 2 c. sugar, 2 tsp. vanilla and 3 c. self-rising flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix by hand Crisco oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
Add flour and cinnamon.
Mix good by hand.
Add apples and nuts or raisins. Grease and flour Bundt pan.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 1/2 hours (in my oven, 1 hour and 5 minutes).
