Apple Cake

Combine apples and sugar and let stand for 30 minutes.
Beat egg.
Add oil and vanilla and add to apple mixture.
Mix all other ingredients together and add to apple mixture.
Grease and flour an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
Bake 40 minutes to 45 minutes in a preheated 350Β° oven.
