Apple Cake #1
Apple Cake #1 is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. flour, 1 c. margarine, 1 tsp. salt, 1 egg yolk and enough milk to make 2/3 c. milk and 1 egg white, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix as for pie dough (use fork).
Use a little more than 1/2 of the dough for bottom of jelly roll pan.
Use crushed corn flakes next, sliced apples, 3/4 cup sugar and sprinkle on some cinnamon.
Roll out top layer and put on top.
Prick with fork. Beat egg white and brush on top.
Bake at 375Β° for one hour.
When done, drizzle with a light frosting.
