Bring to a boil over medium heat.

Reduce heat to low.

Cover, stirring occasionally.

Simmer until apples are tender (approximately 30 to 40 minutes).

PurΓ©e apples in blender until smooth.

Return apple mixture to pot.

Add sugar, cinnamon, allspice and cloves.

Bring to boil over medium low heat.

Cover and cook until thick (approximately 1 hour).

Pour into canning jars, leaving 1/4-inch space.

Cover jar with lids and deep boil jars for 10 minutes.

Cool jars 10 to 12 hours.
