Apple Butter
Apple Butter is an easy dinner. Made with 2 qt. cooked apple pulp, 4 c. sugar, 2 tsp. cinnamon and 1/4 tsp. cloves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Use apple pulp left from preparing apple juice for jelly. Press through food mill.
Measure pulp.
Add sugar and spices; cook until the flavors are blended well, about 15 minutes.
To prevent sticking, stir frequently as mixture thickens.
(If too thick, add a small amount of water for desired consistency.) Makes 5 pints.
