Wash and cook apples until tender, then run in blender until smooth.
Put in saucepan; cook with cider vinegar, sugar and spices on low heat about 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Pour at once into jars and seal.
Process 10 minutes in boiling water bath at simmering temperature.
