Apple Butter is an easy dinner. Made with 16 c. applesauce (approximately 20 lb. apples), 12 c. sugar, 1/2 c. vinegar and 1 c. cinnamon drops, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook in a large pan (roaster) in medium oven (350Β°) until no water runs off when put in dish.
Put in jars and seal.
This makes 10 to 14 pints of apple butter.
