Apple Breakfast Lasagna
Apple Breakfast Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sour cream, 2 pkg. (12 slices) frozen french toast, 1/2 lb. sliced boiled ham, 2 c. colby jack shredded cheese, divided and 1 (20 oz.) can apple pie filling, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Blend sour cream and brown sugar in small bowl; refrigerate. Place 6 French toast slices in the bottom of a greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Layer ham, 1 1/2 cups of cheese and the rest of the French toast.
Spread apple filling over top and sprinkle with granola and raisins.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and bake another 5 minutes until cheese melts. Serve with sour cream mixture.
