Apple Bread to Die For
Apple Bread To Die For is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. softened butter, 2 c. diced apples, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. soda and 2 tbsp. buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Cream butter, gradually adding sugar; beat until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Dissolve soda in buttermilk; add to batter, mixing well.

Spoon into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Mix butter, brown sugar and cinnamon and drizzle.
