Apple-Banana Bread
Apple-Banana Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, beaten, 1 1/2 c. mashed bananas, 1 c. brown sugar, packed, 1/2 c. oil and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Combine eggs, banana, sugar, oil and milk.
In a separate bowl mix flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder.
Add to banana mixture.
Fold in apple and nuts.

Cool in pans 10 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool.
