Appetizer Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 2 tbsp. milk, 1 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. smoked beef, finely chopped, 1/8 tsp. pepper and 2 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine cream cheese and milk.
Add smoked beef, onion, green pepper and pepper; mix well.
Add sour half and half.
Spread into an 8-inch pie plate.
