Appetizer Mold
Appetizer Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 3/4 c. mayonnaise, 1 pkg. knox gelatin and 1 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Heat soup, cheese, mayonnaise and gelatin which has been dissolved in 1 tablespoon water.
Heat until blended.
Add celery, onion and pimento.
Fold in crab, shrimp or tuna.
Pour in oiled mold.
Refrigerate.
Serves 12 as appetizers.
Serve as spread for crackers.
