Antipasto Roll-Ups
Antipasto Roll-Ups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained, 1 hard-cooked egg, chopped, 1/4 c. mayonnaise, 1 tsp. lemon juice and 2 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced party salami, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mash together tuna, egg, mayonnaise and lemon juice and set aside.
Cut each cheese slice into 4 pieces.
Arrange a piece of cheese on each slice of salami, trimming cheese to fit.
Spread about one teaspoon of tuna mixture over the cheese.
Roll up and secure with three wooden picks.
Chill.
