Anti-Cellulite Bar
Anti-Cellulite Bar is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. oats (dry), 1 c. puffed wheat cereal, 3 c. puffed rice cereal, 1/2 c. raw wheat bran and 1/2 c. frozen apple juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 275Β°.
Combine all ingredients, except seed. Mix for 5 minutes.
Put into 10 x 10-inch pan and press top with seed.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes; let cool.
Cut into bars.
Makes 15 bars.
