Place frozen broccoli flowerets in medium casserole.
Drizzle 1/2 of melted butter over flowerets.
Pour melted Velveeta cheese evenly over flowerets.
Cover cheese with crumbled Ritz crackers. Drizzle other 1/2 stick melted butter over cracker crumbs.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 20 to 30 minutes.
