Ann's Chicken
Ann'S Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 to 10 chicken breasts (without the bone or you can use the frozen chicken, honey mustard from sams), 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can water, 3 large onions, sliced and 2 large green bell peppers, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. If you use the fresh chicken, cook it for about 45 minutes in the oven or grill.
Place chicken breasts in a deep baking dish, then add the cream of chicken soup mixed with the water.
Cook peppers and onions in a small amount of butter until tender, then spread over the chicken. Add the mushrooms.
Sprinkle with the Mozzarella cheese. Bake, covered with foil, for about 1 hour at 375° to 400°.
