Anita's Rolls
Anita'S Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. warm water, 2 pkg. yeast, 1 c. crisco, 3/4 c. sugar and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Pour 1 cup warm water in large bowl.
Add 2 packages yeast and heat 1 cup water to boiling.
Add 1 cup Crisco, 3/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon salt.
Add 2 eggs to yeast mixture, then add Crisco mixture.
When cool, add 6 cups flour; stir well.
Allow to rise in warm place for 2 hours.
Pat down and put in fridge.
Put in muffin tins to rise as needed.
When you put rolls in muffin tins, let rise 1 hour, then bake at 375Β° until brown.
