Anisette Biscotti
Anisette Biscotti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 3 tsp. baking powder, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. crisco and 2 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Sift flour and baking powder.
Mix eggs, milk, anise and vanilla.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients.
Make three loaves and place on greased cookie sheet or large baking pan.
Bake in 350Β° preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes.
Cut loaves in 1-inch slices and return to oven for toasting, about 10 minutes.
