Mix all ingredients.

Shape into 2 mounds, one on each baking sheet.

Bake in a 350Β° oven for 20 to 30 minutes, until the mounds brown lightly and are fairly firm in the center.

Reverse the sheets on the oven racks after 15 minutes so that browning is even; remove.

Cut away edges to make mounds square.

Cut into 1-inch slices.

Turn each strip on one cut side; bake for 10 minutes. Bake on other cut side for 10 minutes.
