Angel Squares
Angel Squares is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. sugar, 1 whole egg and 1 egg, separated, 3/4 tsp. vanilla and 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Cream together butter and sugar.
Add whole egg and egg yolk and beat until fluffy.
Add dry ingredients and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla.
Pour into greased 7 x 11-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350Β° until done.
