Angel Pudding Dessert
Angel Pudding Dessert is an easy dinner. Made with 1 angel food cake, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding, 1 1/2 c. milk, 1 c. sour cream and 1 can wilderness pie filling (cherry, strawberry, raspberry, etc.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Cut cake into 1-inch cubes.
Place half of cake in a 9 x 13-inch pan (glass).
Combine milk and pudding mix; beat until smooth and slightly thickened.
Blend in sour cream.
Pour half of pudding mixture over cake.
Spoon half of filling next.
Repeat layers.
Smooth top with spatula.
Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
