Angel Pie
Angel Pie is an easy dessert you can prepare in just 30 minutes. Made with egg whites, c. sugar (granulated) and c. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Beat egg whites until stiff; add 2 Tbsp. of granulated sugar at a time, then same with powdered sugar, beating at high speed after each addition.
Butter and flour 9-inch pie pan and spread meringue evenly in pan.
Bake 300 for 45 - 50 minutes until lightly browned. Meringue will rise above pan but center will fall as it cools. Cool and fill.
