Angel Pie
Angel Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 4 egg whites, 3/4 c. sugar, 1/2 c. confectioners sugar and 1/2 tsp. vanilla or 1 tsp. almond extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Sift sugars together several times.
Beat into whites.
Butter a pie plate and dust with flour. Pour egg white mixture into pan.
Bake at 325Β° for 30 minutes. Cool very slowly.
When ready to serve, top with whipped cream. Sprinkle on grated chocolate and nuts or strawberries or ice cream and sauce.
