Angel Pie
Angel Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt, 3 c. pineapple or apricot juice and 1 large pkg. orange or lemon jello, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Add sugar, salt and juice.
Bring to boil (can use double boiler).
Pour over jello.
Whip Carnation milk and combine.
Pour into pie mix into 2 pans lined with vanilla wafers or graham cracker crust.
Save a little wafer/cracker to sprinkle over top of pie.
