Angel Pie
Angel Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 egg whites, 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 c. finely crushed graham crackers (14) and 1 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Beat egg whites and vanilla to soft peaks; gradually add sugar.
Beat until stiff peaks form.
Mix crumbs, nuts and baking powder; fold into beaten egg whites.
Spread evenly in greased and floured 9-inch pie plate.
Bake at 325Β° for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool completely.
Whip the cream or use Cool Whip.
Cut pie. Serve topped with cream.
Serves 6.
