Angel Hash
Angel Hash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/4 c. sugar and 2 egg yolks, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Drain pineapple and fruit cocktail.
Combine in saucepan the cornstarch and sugar.
Blend egg yolks and 1 cup of combined juices; add to sugar mixture.
Cook until mixture comes to a boil.
Remove and cool to room temperature.
Fold in whipped cream, nuts, marshmallows, fruit cocktail, crushed pineapple and bananas.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
