Angel Hash
Angel Hash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, 1 c. fruit cocktail, 1 c. reserved juice from pineapple and fruit cocktail, 2 tsp. cornstarch and 1/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Drain fruit and reserve juice.
In large saucepan, mix cornstarch and water.
Add egg and juice; blend well.
Cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly.
Cool thoroughly. Stir in Cool Whip, nuts, coconut, marshmallows and drained fruit and pineapple.
Place in serving bowl; cover and chill overnight.
