Angel Food Cake

Sift flour
1/2 cup sugar.
In large mixing bowl, combine and forms stiff peak: egg whites, salt, cream of tartar vanilla.
Gradually add 1 1/3 cups sugar while beating into mixture.
Fold in flour and sugar combination.
Fold; do stir. Pour in tube pan.
Bake in 375Β° oven
45 minutes.
Let cool 10 minutes upside-down. Loosen cake with knife and turn on wire rack to cool.
