Angel Flake Biscuits

Dissolve yeast in 2 tablespoons warm water; set aside. Mix dry ingredients; cut in shortening until the consistency of corn buttermilk yeast;
Add little extra knead.
Place in tight container and refrigerate.
Will keep for several days. When ready to use, roll out and cut with biscuit cutter.
Let rise in warm place 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Bake at 425Β° for 12 to 15 minutes.
