Angel Cookies
Angel Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 c. flour, 1 tsp. cream of tartar, 3/4 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 c. butter and 1/2 c. shortening, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Measure and sift together the flour, cream of tartar and baking soda.
Beat together until fluffy the butter, shortening, sugar, brown sugar, egg and vanilla.
Gradually add in dry ingredients.
Blend in walnuts.
Form dough into small balls about the size of walnuts.
Dip in water, then in sugar.
Bake at 375Β° for 15 minutes on cookie sheet, 2 inches apart.
