Angel Buns
Angel Buns is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. quick-acting dry yeast, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1/4 c. warm water, 2 c. bisquick (original or reduced fat) and 1/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water in a medium bowl.
Mix in baking mix and milk until dough forms.
Gently smooth into a ball on surface dusted with baking mix.
Knead 10 times.
Roll 1/2 inch thick.
Cut with 2 inch biscuit cutter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Let rise in warm place about 30 minutes or until soft and puffed.
Heat oven to 425Β° and bake 6 to 8 minutes or until browned.
Makes 9 to 11 buns.
