Angel Biscuits

Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt
Cut in shortening
Dissolve yeast in the 4 tablespoons very warm water
Add yeast and buttermilk to the flour mixture
Mix well
Place in refrigerator to chill
When ready to bake, roll out to 1/4-inch thickness on a well floured board, using a floured rolling pin
Cut with a 2 1/2-inch biscuit cutter
Dip into melted butter and fold over to make "pocketbooks." Place on ungreased baking sheet or pan
Bake in 400Β° oven until lightly browned
Dough does not have to rise before baking and will keep in the refrigerator for a couple of days.
