Angel Biscuits
Angel Biscuits is an easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. yeast, 4 c. self-rising flour, 5 tbsp. shortening and 2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Dissolve the yeast in 2 cups warm water.
Add the shortening to mixture.
Add the flour.
Mix well. Cover with wax paper and let rise to double. Roll out on floured surface and cut.
Place on cookie sheet and let rise about 30 minutes. Bake at 400Β° for 10 to 15 minutes.
