Angel Biscuits is an easy dinner. Made with 5 c. self-rising flour, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 c. crisco, 2 c. buttermilk and 1 pkg. dry yeast, mixed with 2 tbsp. warm water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix sugar with flour.
Make well in center and add Crisco and yeast.
Make up with buttermilk and yeast mixture; knead well. Oil ball of dough and put in oiled, tightly covered bowl. Refrigerate overnight.
