Angel Biscuits
Angel Biscuits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. dry yeast, 2 tbsp. warm water, 1 c. crisco (shortening), 2 c. milk and 5 c. flour (all-purpose), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Cut shortening into dry ingredients. Add yeast and milk.
Knead to dough.
Roll 1/2-inch thick.
Cut with cutter.
Put close together in pan and bake at 350°. Makes about 30 biscuits.
They keep in refrigerator for 3 to 4 days or freeze well.
