Angel Biscuits
Angel Biscuits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 packs dry yeast, 1 pt. lukewarm water, 1/4 c. sugar, 1/2 c. nonfat dry milk and 4 c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix yeast, water and sugar.
Let rest 10 minutes.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Cut shortening into flour mixture.
Add just enough extra flour to roll out.
Roll into 1/2-inch thickness.
Cut into circles and place in greased 9 x 13-inch baking pans.
Brush with melted butter and let rise for 30 minutes.
Bake at 425Β° for 10 to 12 minutes or until done.
Yields 2 dozen.
