Angel Biscuits

Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt.
Cut in shortening.
Dissolve yeast in warm water and add to flour mixture along with buttermilk.
Mix well; turn out on lightly floured board.
If necessary, add additional flour to make soft dough.
Roll out 1/4-inch thick.
Dip in melted butter and fold over to make pocket-book rolls.
Bake at 400Β° for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
Store unused dough in plastic bowl in refrigerator.
Use within a week.
