Angel Biscuits
Angel Biscuits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. dry yeast, 2 tbsp. warm water, 2 c. buttermilk, 5 c. all-purpose flour and 1 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Dissolve water.
Mix with buttermilk. Cut shortening in dry ingredients. Add liquid. Put in plastic bag and put in refrigerator until you want to bake.
Take out as much as you want at a time.
Roll out and cut.
Dip or turn in liquid margarine. Let rise hour. Then bake in a 425Β° oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Dough will keep a week in the refrigerator.
